Smart solar maintenance system (fees apply but provides peace of mind for 20 years)
The guarantee is provided by paying the following rates for the planned electricity sales: 6% from the 1st to 5th years, 8% from the 6th to 10th years, 10% from the 11th to 15th years, and 12% from the 16th to 20th years.

Equipment Compensation
We will repair any equipment malfunctions free of charge.
Even expensive power conditioners are covered by the insurance, making it possible to secure a steady income from selling electricity for 20 years.
Regular maintenance
Every six months, we will carry out a detailed check based on 29 inspection items.
We will also clean the panels and remove simple weeds (to a level that does not affect power generation).
Free natural disaster insurance
Tokio Marine & Nichido's natural disaster insurance will be provided free of charge.

1-year renewal system
It can be renewed annually for up to 20 years. It can be reviewed annually.
However, if you join midway through the 11th year, you will only be able to choose the 10-year fixed-term plan.
